管道射流清洗喷嘴流场的数值模拟与分析

Numerical Simulation and Analysis of the Flow Field of Jet Nozzle for Cleaning Pipe

摘要: 以用于矿井主排水管道射流清洗的圆柱形喷嘴为研究对象,利用FLUENT软件对喷嘴内外部流场进行数值模拟,通过改变不同射流压力、不同冲击角、不同环境介质和靶距来分析喷嘴射流的流场特性,得到了流场的射流速度、动压力、靶面所受的打击压力、剪应力等仿真结果。结果表明:靶面所受最大打击压力和剪应力与射流压力呈线性关系变化|冲击角为60°时,射流清洗效果较好|在空气和水两种环境介质下,当靶距增加时射流打击力先增大后减小,不同的射流参数值对应着一个最佳靶距|当射流压力相同时,环境介质为空气的射流清洗能力显著优于环境介质为水的射流。

Abstract: By taking cylindrical nozzle used for descaling in pipelines as research object, the fluid field of nozzle is simulated by Fluent software. The flow characteristics of nozzle jet are analyzed by changing the jet pressure, impact angles, environmental media and target distance. The simulation results illustrate that the maximum impinging pressure and shear stress of target surface become larger with higher jet pressure, and presents a linear relation. The jet cleaning has preferable performance when the impact angle is equal to 〖60〗^°. Under the two conditions of non submerged and submerged jet, different hydraulic parameters correspond to an optimum target distance. The cleaning ability of nonsubmerged jet is better than that of submerged jet when the jet pressures are the same. The results provide a theoretical basis for the application of pileline water jet cleaning engineering.
